Yacht brokerage · management software

Enter the boat once.
Everything else draws from it.

GYBA brings a brokerage's fleet, client proposals, charters, contracts and listings together in one place. One complete boat record feeds every document — nothing re-typed, nothing invented.

A broker enters the same boat four times a week.

In a spreadsheet

to track the portfolio and the mandates about to expire.

In a proposal

to send it to a client, with photos and specifications.

In a listing

to publish it — rewriting the same record a third time.

As long as the same information lives in three places, it is up to date in none of them — and the buyer is the one who finds the mistake.

The boat record

What you know about a boat, not what you publish about it.

Over a hundred fields, in twelve sections: identity and registration, naval architect and yard, dimensions, engines and hours, tankage, accommodation, mandate and owner, charter, maintenance and upcoming deadlines. Plus photos, the equipment inventory, the rate card and attachments.

A completeness score, weighted by how much each field matters, tells you what is missing before a buyer asks. The mandate and the owner's details, for their part, never leave the agency.

4 ways in

Listing URL, pasted page, dictated notes, manual entry.

12 sections

From the hull number to the next survey date.

1 source

Proposals, contracts and listings all refer to it.

0 invented

A blank field shows as missing, never as zero.

The modules

One back office, one login, one database.

Fleet

One record per boat, and it goes all the way: identity, construction, engines, tankage, accommodation, mandate, maintenance. A completeness score says what is missing before a client notices.

Yacht Proposals

A curated selection, laid out, sent as a link and downloadable as a PDF brochure. The document is frozen on send: what the client received does not change.

Charter Proposals

The same document for charter, with dates, cruising area and weekly rates taken from the boat's rate card.

Yacht Index

The public marketplace. Published listings appear there, and the enquiries they generate come back into the back office.

Contracts

Charter and sale, attached to the boat, so every step joins its history. Module under construction.

Team & agency

Accounts are also staff records: photo, job title, languages spoken. Four roles, from broker to assistant.

Luna suggests. A human decides.

The built-in assistant reviews imported listings, completes records and fills forms from pasted notes — an owner's email, viewing notes, a yard inventory.

Read in the document

The value was in the material you provided. It comes pre-selected.

To be checked

The value comes from what the model knows about the model in general, not about this hull. It comes unticked.

A yacht is a one-off: two hulls of the same model share neither engines nor layout. Nothing enters a record without a box being ticked.

Frequently asked questions

Who is GYBA for?
Yacht brokerage firms and independent brokers who manage a fleet, send client proposals, and follow sale or charter mandates.
Do I have to re-enter a boat for each use?
No, and that is the whole point: a boat is entered once, in the fleet. The proposal sent to the client, the contract that sells it and the listing published on Yacht Index all refer to it.
How does a boat get into the fleet?
Four ways: the URL of an online listing, a pasted listing page, free-form notes read by the AI assistant, or manual entry. None of them is compulsory.
What exactly does the AI fill in?
It suggests, it does not decide. What it read in the material you supplied comes pre-selected; what comes from its general knowledge of a model comes unticked and flagged to be checked. Nothing enters a record without human approval.
Do documents sent to clients change afterwards?
Never. A proposal freezes the boat record and the broker's details at the moment it is sent: a boat sold six months later does not rewrite the document sitting in the client's inbox.
